Coach Bido is in her first season as a student assistant with the OU women's flag football program. She was a two-time All-KCAC selection on the football field for the Braves in 2021 and 2022.
Bido was part of two NAIA National Championship teams, two KCAC Tournament Championship teams, and two KCAC regular season championship teams. She finished the season with 44 tackles (42 solo, 2 assisted), two tackles for loss, one interception, and three pass break ups. Bido had a career high six tackles against Kansas Wesleyan University.
Bido lettered in flag football and volleyball at Riverview High School. Bido helped the Sharks to the 2018 District final. In 2018, she earned Second Team All-Conference honors and was named Honorable Mention All-State by the Florida Athletic Coaches Association. She also earned Academic All-State honors. Bido was named team captain her senior year. Off the playing field, she helped coach her little sister’s middle school flag football team.
Bido is getting her degree in exercised science.
