Analysa Ortiz-Cloninger is in her second year as a graduate assistant coach for the OU women's lacrosse program.
The Reno, Nevada native was a five-year member of the OU women’s lacrosse team from 2018 to 2022, starting in all but one game in her 47 career appearances. Ortiz-Cloninger was balanced in all phases on both offense and defense, scoring 14 goals as well as scooping 74 ground balls during her career. Ortiz-Ortiz-Cloninger was also reliable in the faceoff circle, fourth on last season’s team with 30 draw controls won. She was one of two Braves to receive First-Team KCAC honors last season.
Ortiz-Cloninger recently graduated from Ottawa with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Prior to her playing career at OU, Ortiz-Cloninger lettered in soccer and lacrosse at Reno High School. She was named First Team All-League, Defensive Player of the Year, and team MVP. She is the daughter of Mark and April Cloninger.
