Coach Nilsson is in her third season as a graduate assistant coach with the the OU women's soccer program.
She returns following two years as a midfielder at Ottawa, starting in 28 of her 29 career appearances. Nilsson played two years at Campellsville University prior to coming to OU, appearing in 27 matches.
Nilsson graduated magna cum laude from OU in 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Leadership. On top of being a student-athlete, Nilsson was a student assistant with Associate Athletic Director Bruce Tate and Game Operations. Nilsson has also coached at multiple youth clubs and summer camps in Kansas and Oklahoma during her time at OU.Â
