2015-16: In her freshman season, Stout finished with a singles record of 5-6. She had a dual record of 5-2, a tournament record of 0-4, and a record of 0-1 in the KCAC. Stout went 0-2 in no. 2 singles, 0-1 in no. 4 singles, 3-0 in no. 5 singles, and 2-0 in no. 6 singles. She had a record of 11-9 in doubles. Stout and partner Danika Good went 7-6 on the season, finishing 5-5 in duals, and 2-1 in tournaments. They had a record of 5-5 in no. 2 doubles. At the 2015 KCAC Individual Championships, Good and Stout finished second in no. 2 doubles.

Fort Hays State University: Stout attended FHSU for one year.

High School: Stout was a four year letterman on the tennis court for Olathe South High School. She was the No. 1 singles player at Olathe South for four years. Stout was the Team MVP three times in her career and a two-time state qualifier. She put together a singles record of 18-12 as a senior and helped Olathe South to more than 100 wins in her time with the program.
