Coach Skipper is in her seventh season with the OU women's volleyball program, third season as SALT Advisor, and second season as Director of Cheer, Dance & STUNT.
Skipper was named the 2020 AVCA Assistant Coach of the Year, the 2020, 2021, 2022 AVCA West Central Region Coach of the Year and the 2020, 2021, and 2022 KCAC Assistant Coach of the Year.
Skipper was a two year letterman for the OU women's volleyball program. She was a NAIA Honorable Mention All-American, a two-time KCAC Setter of the Year, and a two-time First Team All-KCAC selection. Skipper has coached 27 All-KCAC selections in her five years as part of the volleyball coaching staff.
Skipper has helped the Braves to four KCAC Tournament Championships, five NAIA National Tournament Appearances, and three KCAC Regular Season Championships.
Skipper was member of the OU cheer team, earning All-KCAC honors in 2018 and 2019. She helped OU capture the 2018 and 2019 KCAC Championship. Skipper also lead the Braves to the 2018 and 2019 NCA National Tournament.
