Coach Beal is in her first season as a graduate assistant with the OU women’s volleyball program.
Before coming to OU, Beal was a head coach at the Tallahassee Volleyball Academy. She constructed and executed multi-team practices and developed nationally and regionally ranked teams. Beal also developed athletes by helping them strengthen their skill areas and guided players to improve their play and communication with teammates. She was also a private and semi-private instructor.
Beal was also the head junior varsity and assistant varsity coach at Florida State University Schools. As an assistant varsity coach, she assisted the head coach in guiding a regionally ranked team in practices and games. Beal’s junior varsity team had a record of 10-8 in 2021. She developed high-intensity drills for specific needs of athletes and created a competitive culture to advance the skill level and mind set of her team.
Beal was a four year letterman on the volleyball court at Seton Hill University in Greensburg, Penn. She helped SHU to two NCAA Division II National Tournament appearances.
Beal graduated from SHU in December of 2018 with a degree in early childhood and special education along with a minor in psychology. She is working on her MBA with a concentration in leadership development from Ottawa University.
