2025: Holden played in 24 matches as a redshirt junior. She had 85 kills, a .185 attacking percentage, 26 digs, and 69 blocks.Â

2023: Holden earned Second Team All-KCAC honors as a sophomore. She played in 24 matches, finishing the season with 152 kills, a .301 attacking percentage, three assists, 21 digs, and 100 blocks. Holden had a career high 15 kills against Friends University, a career high six digs against Evangel University, and a career high 10 blocks versus Tabor College.
2022: In her first collegiate season, Holden played in 24 matches. She finished the season with 113 kills, a .153 attacking percentage, three assists, 38 digs, and 61 blocks. Holden had a season high 10 kills against William Woods University, a season high four digs versus Hastings College, and a season high six blocks versus Grand View University.
High School: Holden earned three letters in volleyball and one in basketball at St. Pius X High School. She played in the MO-KAN All-Star Volleyball Match. Holden helped her team to a third place finish at nationals her junior season. She was a three-time All-Conference and All-District selection. She earned All-State honors as a senior and was named Academic All-State three times. Holden set three records at St. Pius X High School and finished first in the state of Missouri and ninth in the nation in hitting.
