2015-16: In her freshman season, Henderson earned NCWWA All-American honors in the 191 pound weight class with her second place finish. She finished the season with an overall record of 5-14. Henderson finished with a record of 4-5 in duals and had a total of three technical falls.

High School: Henderson competed in wrestling and track all for years at Washburn Rural High School. She finished third at Kansas Girl’s State and participated at Girl’s Nationals. In 2014, competing at the junior varsity level, Ashley finished first at Olathe North, first at Emporia, second at Burlington, and second at Blue Valley. In 2015, she finished second at Olathe North, second at Burlington, and second at Blue Valley at the junior varsity level. Ashley is a member of the National Honor Society and the National Art Honor Society. She was on the honor roll for all four years of high school.

Pesonal: Daughter of Scott and Maria Henderson ... biology major. Her twin sister Lacey is part of the OU women’s wrestling team.
