Biography

High School: Howland was a three-time state medalist and a state wrestling champion in 2025. She was a two time qualifier in cross country and was in the senior All-Star game in basketball. Howland was a two-time All-Conference and MVP for basketball. She was also awarded the 2025 ASAA Most Outstanding Wrestler for regionals and state.
