Coach Rahn is in his first season as a graduate assistant with the OU men’s wrestling program.

Rahn comes to Ottawa University from Maple Shade High School where he was an assistant wrestling coach. He helped coach the team to the program’s first district championship in 11 years and led the team to a conference championship.

Before coaching at MSHS, Rahn was a student assistant with the Baker University men’s wrestling program. He coached two NAIA All-Americans during the 2016-17 season and helped lead the Wildcats to a fourth place finish at the National Duals.

Rahn competed for the Baker University men’s wrestling program. He helped the Wildcats to a sixth place finish during the 2015-16 season at the NAIA National Championships and was team captain. Rahn also competed for the Gannon University men’s wrestling program from 2011 to 2014. He led the team in pins as a sophomore.

Rahn graduated from Baker University in 2017 with a degree in sports administration and a minor psychology. He is working on his masters in business administration in leadership development from Ottawa University.
