Coach Reyes is in his first season as a graduate assistant coach with the OU men’s wrestling program.
Reyes earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Ottawa University in May 2025. During his time as a student, he was an active member of the wrestling program, balancing athletics, academics, and community service. He also worked multiple jobs while enrolled, developing a strong ability to manage time effectively and succeed in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
In addition to his athletic and academic achievements, Reyes gained diverse work experience in leadership and service roles, most recently serving as a Team Lead Prep Attendant at Club Car Wash in Ottawa, Kansas, where he oversaw training, labor management, and operations. His professional background also includes roles at American Eagle Distribution Center, Ulta Beauty, and Fresenius Kidney Care, where he consistently demonstrated responsibility, collaboration, and reliability.
A Shawnee, Oklahoma native, Reyes graduated from Shawnee High School in 2021 and completed certifications in the Carpentry and Masonry Program at Gordon Cooper Technology Center. His background in athletics, leadership, and professional service uniquely positions him to make an immediate impact with the Braves.
Reyes is working on a masters of arts in leadership.
