NORTH NEWTON, Kan. – The Ottawa University women's cross country ran at the Muthama-Rogers Invite in North Newton, Kansas on Saturday morning. At the invite, spectators were allowed in to watch the five Braves compete. Ottawa placed 13th as a team on Saturday.
Jordan Fritz finished 79th with a time of 22:30.69. Dakota Bunch ran a time of 23:24.98 and finished 89th. Finishing right behind Bunch in 90th was Alexis Reim, Reim ran a time of 23:38.77. Olivia Lemus competed in her first race of the season and finished 99th with a time of 24:25.36. Laura Freeman completed a time of 27:53.48 and finished 113th.
The Braves will be back in action on October 3rd at the Saint Mary's Invite. The Saint Mary's Invite will be in Leavenworth, Kansas.
