OTTAWA, Kan. – The Ottawa University women' soccer team will honor 11 seniors for Senior Day on Saturday, hosting the McPherson Bulldogs at AdventHealth Field for a 1 p.m. kickoff in the final home match of the regular season.
The 11 seniors being honored on the Braves' squad are: 
Josie Goodpasture, 
Jessenia Velez, 
Alia Morris, 
Carolina Jennerwein, 
Denaya Evans, 
Nadine Vazquez, 
Sidney Johnson, 
Ivett Acevedo, 
Daisy Herrera, 
Isabelle Conte, and 
Reighna Werner.
The Braves lost their first match in 9 games with Wednesday's 2-1 loss to Southwestern. Since starting off conference play with a 2-1 loss to Kansas Wesleyan on Sep. 16
th, the Braves went 4-0-4 prior to the loss to the Moundbuilders.
Denaya Evans and 
Carolina Jennerwein lead the Braves' offense, both scoring four goals on the season. 10 other players have scored at least one goal this season for OU. Braves' goalkeeper 
Willow Good has had four shutouts in the last six. Two shutouts in the same week earned Good KCAC Defensive Player of the Week two weeks ago. Good goals against average is down to 1.28 per game, which ranks fourth in the KCAC. 
The Braves own a 14-6-1 record over McPherson. The Braves took the Bulldogs to the pound in a 3-1 win in last year's matchup, with seniors 
Alia Morris and 
Denaya Evans both scoring goals in the contest.
McPherson is coming off an 11-1 loss to No. 6 Oklahoma Wesleyan in their last match. The Bulldogs are led on offense by Caitlin Buendia, who has four goals on the season. Mya Gildon follows with two goals, while five other players have scored at least one goal for the Bulldogs.
