ATCHISON, Kan. – The (RV) Ottawa University men's lacrosse team fell to Benedictine on the road in a 17-10 loss on Tuesday evening.
The No. 8-ranked Ravens came out blazing, opening the game with seven straight goals to take a 9-1 advantage in the opening quarter. The Braves started to find some life offensively in the second period, closing out the first half with two goals to make the score 10-3. OU carried that momentum into the second half, scoring two more goals to go on a four goal run and cut the deficit to 10-5. Unfortunately that was as close as the game would get for OU.
