Braves Tame Tigers, 3-1

OTTAWA, Kan. – The Ottawa University women's volleyball team picked up its fourth straight victory with a 3-1; 25-17, 25-16, 22-25, 25-19; victory over Doane University in Wilson Field House on Saturday night. Ottawa had 11 service aces in the win.

  • The Braves finished the four set match with 55 kills, a .292 attacking percentage, 49 assists, 11 service aces, 65 digs, and 8.5 team blocks.
  • Ottawa had two players with double digit kills. Radaisy Valdez finished with 13 kills and a .360 attacking percentage. She also had three blocks.
  • Kaitlyn Haller recorded another double-double. This one in assists and kills. She had 17 assists and 11 kills.
  • Haylee O'Meara earned her fifth double-double of the season and second straight. The freshman setter had 28 assists and 15 digs.
  • Jadore Hayes led OU with 19 digs and Alexa Boyle finished with 12.
  • Lillian Holden and Elli Rogers led OU with five blocks apiece.
