MCPHERSON, Kan. – The Ottawa University men's volleyball team went 1-1 in their matches on Wednesday at Alexander Arena on the campus of Central Christian College. The Braves defeated Central Christian 3-0; 25-9, 25-10, 25-9 but fell to no. 7 Mount Mercy University 3-0; 25-15, 25-13, 25-20.
Central Christian
- The Braves finished the match with 29 kills, a .407 attacking percentage, 23 assists, nine service aces, 24 digs, and 15 team blocks.
- Three Braves had six kills, Akeil Williams, Michal Bak, and Macort Pickup.
- Andrew Salinas led OU with 11 assist and Jimmy Flores had nine.
- Kevin Davison finished the match with seven digs.
- Williams had 11 blocks.

- Ottawa had 27 kills, a .063 attacking percentage, 24 assists, four service aces, 27 digs, and seven team blocks.
- Akeil Williams had 10 kills and five blocks.
- Andrew Salinas finished with 12 assists.
- Grant Younie and Salinas led OU with six digs.
