OTTAWA, Kan. – The Ottawa University women's bowling team and head coach Geoff Poston are please to announce the signing of Amber Wagner for the upcoming 2023-24 academic year.

            The Walford, Iowa native transfers to OU following one year on the bowling team at Upper Iowa University. During her one season with the Peacocks, Wagner Appeared in 29 games and averaged 172.5 pins per game. She posted a high game of 224 at the Hawk Classic, finishing sixth overall individually, and recorded six games of 200 or more across the season.

            She attended Prairie High School, graduating in 2022. She earned several accolades during her high school career: 2x- All Conference team, 2x- All Academic honors, 2x-All metro team, Team state qualifier, Individual state qualifier, 2022 District Champion, 2022 Iowa Women's Honor Score Recipient.

            She will continue a major in exercise science at OU. Her parents are Tyler and Peggy Wagner.
