Wednesday's game is the 93rd meeting between Ottawa University and Tabor College. The Bluejays lead the series 53-39 but the Braves are on a seven game winning streak against Tabor. OU has won four straight in Hillsboro against Tabor. Ottawa's last loss to Tabor was in Hillsboro. The Bluejays deleted the Braves 85-82 on Jan. 21, 2019. The first ever meeting between the two teams happened on Dec. 10, 1968. Ottawa won the game in Hillsboro, 86-77. The two teams only met one time last season. Ottawa won the game on Jan. 14 in Tabor Gymnasium on Jan. 14, 2023, 66-58.
Tabor College has an overall record of 7-9, a KCAC mark of 4-6, has won two straight games, and is 3-4 at home this season. The Bluejays enter Wednesday's game coming off an 84-81 home win over McPherson College on Jan. 10. Tabor then defeated Bethany, 88-66, on Jan. 13 in Lindsborg.
