BELLEVUE, Neb. – The (RV) Ottawa University women's volleyball team fell twice to on Friday afternoon at the 2024 Marvel Classic. OU lost 3-1 to (7) Bellevue University and 3-2 to (RV) Carroll College.

(7) Bellevue University L, 3-1

• The Braves finished the match with 56 kills, a .252 attacking percentage, 52 assists, two service aces, 69 digs, and 12 team blocks.
• Ariana Arciniega led OU with 14 kills. She had eight digs and four blocks.
• Radaisy Valdez finished the match with 13 kills. She had four digs and five blocks.
• Madison Brauner tallied 31 assists and Loranie Ruiz had 21 assists.
• Kenzie Kuxhaus had 31 digs.
• Hollie Peters finished the match with five blocks.

(RV) Carroll College L, 3-2

• OU had four players with double digit kills. Ariana Arciniega finished with 22 kills, a .296 attacking percentage, and five digs. Radaisy Valdez had 15 kills, Hollie Peters finished the match with 14 kills, and Campbell Stark had 10 kills.
• Madison Brauner led OU with 36 assists. Loranie Ruiz had 20 assists.
• Kenzie Kuxhaus had her second straight 30 dig match, finishing with 34 digs.
• For the match, Ottawa had 62 kills, a .207 attacking percentage, 58 assists, four service aces, 79 digs, and six team blocks.

Ottawa (9-9, 3-1) returns to KCAC play on Saturday, Oct. 12 in Wilson Field House against Tabor College. The match is scheduled to begin at 2:30 p.m.
