OTTAWA, Kan. – The Ottawa University men's basketball team opened the 2024-25 season with an 82-52 victory over Jarvis Christian University on Friday evening in Wilson Field House.
The Braves jumped out to a 20-6 lead over the Bulldogs. Two free throws by
PJ Twa gave OU a 29-13 lead with 5:24 left in the first half. Ottawa ended the half on a 12-6 run, taking a 41-19 lead into the locker room.
OU dominated the second half, holding the Bulldogs to 2-for-15 shooting from behind the 3-pt line, taking the 82-52 victory.
