Northern Oklahoma College: In Twa’s two seasons at NOC, he played in 55 games and made 17 starts. He averaged 5.3 points, 2.4 rebounds, and 2.7 assists per game. Twa shot 37.8 percent from the floor, 23 percent from behind the 3-pt line, and 65.5 percent from the free throw line.
