Ottawa University

Texas College: Jones earned Third Team NAIA All-American honors as a junior averaging 14.7 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 3.5 assists per game. He shot 42.5 percent from the floor, 35.1 percent from behind the 3-pt line, and 79.5 percent from the free throw line. Jones was a First Team All-Red River selection, was named Red River Newcomer of the Year, and earned All-Tournament Team honors. He helped Texas College to the NAIA National Tournament and a TVCC Championship.

Trinity Valley Community College: In two seasons at TVCC, Jones played in 48 games and made six starts. He averaged 6.4 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 2.3 assists per game. Jones shot 45 percent from the floor, 34.9 percent from behind the 3-pt line, and 71.1 percent from the free throw line.

High School: Jones lettered in basketball and football at Broadmoor High School. He was part of the National Honor Society.
