The OU men's volleyball team earned their second win of the season with a 3-1 win over Graceland University on Tuesday evening in Lamoni, Iowa. Ottawa finished the match with 39 kills, a .161 attacking percentage, 37 assists, three service aces, 43 digs, and 11 team blocks. Akeil Williams had 14 kills and a .440 attacking percentage. He had eight digs and six blocks.

This the season, the Braves are averaging 9.8 kills per set, 9.3 assists per set, 2.3 blocks per set, 0.9 service aces per set, and 10.8 digs per set. Ottawa has a .125 attacking percentage.

Friday is the sixth meeting between Ottawa University and Central Christian College. Ottawa leads the series, 5-0. The Braves won both matches last season, 3-0. The first match between the two teams happened on February 28, 2022 in Wilson Field House. Ottawa won the contest 3-0; 25-5, 25-17, 25-12. OU has not dropped a set to the Tigers.

Saturday will be the sixth time that Ottawa University and Kansas Wesleyan University have played against each other. Ottawa leads the series 4-1 and had a record of 2-1 against the Coyotes last season. The teams split the season series and OU took the match in the GPAC Tournament Quarterfinals, 3-0. The first meeting between the two teams happened on January 18, 2022 in Salina. Ottawa won the match 3-0; 25-10, 25-23, 25-15.

Central Christian College is 0-7 this season and has a record of 0-1 in the GPAC. The Tigers have lost 15 straight matches, dating back to the 2023 season. CCC's last win happened on March 8 in McPherson against Simpson College, 3-0.
