SPRING HILL, Kan. – The Ottawa men's golf team started off the 2024 spring season with a victory at the Shootout at Sycamore Ridge. The Braves were able to capture first place by shooting a round one score of 299 and round two of 318 (617).
Sebastian Camacho earned first place at the Shootout by shooting a 150, round one score of 76 and round two of 74.
Spencer Seachris and
Ethan Brumbaugh tied for fourth place, both golfers finished with a combined score of 154. Seachris shot a 68 and 86 and Brumbaugh shot a 78 and a 76.
Carson Towey placed 12
th with a round one score of 77 and round two of 82 (159).
Devun Salazar finished 32
nd with a combined score of 174 (88, 86)
