WICHITA, Kan. – The Ottawa University dance team competed at the NAIA Southwest Dance Qualifier on Saturday morning at the Garvey Center. The event was hosted by Friends University.

Ottawa finished with its highest score of the season, 58.73, to finish sixth in the event.

Oklahoma City University won the event with a score of 86.65. Hope International University placed second with a score of 83.13. Kansas Wesleyan University finished third with a score of 78.22.
The Braves will now compete at the NDA National Championships, April 10-13 in Daytona, Fla.
