OTTAWA, Kan. – The Ottawa University women's basketball program is pleased to announce the signing of Jaida Stallbaumer for the 2025-26 season. She is from Topeka, Kan. and attended Seaman High School.
Stallbaumer lettered in basketball, volleyball, and track at Seaman High School. In 2024-25, she helped SHS to a state 5A runner up finish on the basketball court, a record of 24-1, helped the Vikings to a Glacier's Edge Midseason Tournament championship, and a UKC championship. She was a UKC All-League Honorable Mention selection, and earned Top Sports News All-Shawnee County Honorable Mention honors. In 2023-24, Stallbaumer helped SHS to a Kansas 5A State Championship and was the Vikings' leading scorer at the state tournament. She helped Seaman to a record of 23-3, a UKC Championship, and a Glacier's Edge Midseason Tournament Championship. Stallbuamer was named Honorable Mention All-UKC. She helped lead the Vikings to a school record 84 wins during her career at SHS, three Kansas State Tournament appearances, and she finished in the top three in program history in made 3-pt field goals.

Stallbaumer is the daughter of Todd and Tonya Stallbaumer and plans to concentrate on general studies before deciding on a major.
