FREMONT, Neb. - The Ottawa men's soccer team closed out non-conference play with another tie as they played (RV) Midland scoreless.
Though each team had their chances at goals, neither team was able to capitalize. Midland led shots 17 to 11 and shots on goal seven to four. David Martinez made seven saves in goal for the Braves.
Ottawa (1-1-3, 0-0-0 KCAC) returns to the field on Wednesday, September 17 as they travel to Leavenworth for their KCAC opener at the University of Saint Mary. That game is scheduled to begin at 7:30 PM.
