HASTINGS, Neb. - The Ottawa women's soccer team was defeated again as they fell to (RV) Hastings by a score of 1-0 on Saturday evening.
After a scoreless first half, Hastings broke through with an 80th minute goal.
Hastings outshot Ottawa 12 to 1 in total shots and five to one in shots on goal. Makena Tapia made four saves in goal for the Braves.
Ottawa (0-2-1, 0-0-0 KCAC) returns to the field on Sunday, September 14 as they travel to Columbia, Missouri for a road game at Stephens College. That game is scheduled to begin at 6:00 PM.
