KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The (RV) Ottawa men's wrestling team fell to the Avila Eagles on Thursday, 28-17.

Jayden Nowell defeated Tyler Johnson on a 16-11 decision in the 141lb weight division. In the 157lb weight class, Cale Hein won an 11-5 decision over Kristian Marshall. Landis Scoon took down Keenan Tumbarello on a fall in the 165lb weight division. Spencer Rochelle won by forfeit in the 174lb weight class.
