Biography

2023: In her second season as a Brave, Gillespie had 16 receptions for 138 yards. She averaged 12.5 receiving yards per game. Gillespie rushed for nine yards. On defense, she finished the season with three flag pulls.
 
2022: Gillespie was named First Team All-KCAC at linebacker and Second Team All-KCAC at rusher in her first season as a Brave. She was named KCAC Defensive Player of the Week once in 2022. Gillespie was second on the team in flag pulls, finishing with 60. She had 12 flag pulls for loss, seven sacks, one interception, and 11 pass break ups.

Neosho Community College: Gillespie was a member of the softball team at NCC in 2021. She played in 17 games for the Panthers as a freshman.
High School: Gillespie lettered in volleyball, basketball, softball, and track at West Elk Junior and Senior High School.

Personal: Daughter of Timothy Gillespie ... exercise science major. Gillespie played travel ball (softball) for the CLASH under coach Charlie Ellis.
