2016: Jenkins played in 23 games, making 22 starts on her way to being named KCAC Co-MVP and First Team All-KCAC. She earned First Team All-KCAC honors for the third straight season. Jenkins was named to the NSCAA All-Region Team for the second straight season and was also named Honorable Mention NAIA All-American. She scored a school record 30 goals, tallied 13 assists and finished with a school record 73 points. She took 157 shots with 85 of them on goal, had 13 game winning goals, and went 1-for-1 in penalty kick attempts. She is ranked first in the NAIA in total game winning goals (13), first in game winning goals per game (0.5), first in shots on goal per game (3.7), third in total points (73), third in points per game (3.1), fourth in shots per game (6.8), fifth in total assists (13), fifth in goals per game (1.3), fifth in total goals (30), and 15th in assists per game (0.5).
2015: Jenkins was named KCAC Offensive Player of the Year and earned First Team All-KCAC honors for the second straight season. She played in 18 games, scoring 19 goals and earning six assists. Jenkins scored 44 points, took 109 shots with 52 of them on goal, and scored seven game winning goals. She had seven multi-goal games with two hat tricks. Jenkins finished the season ranked fifth in the NAIA in game winning goals per game (0.39), seventh in shots per game (6), eighth in total game winning goals (7), 18th in goals per game (1.1), 19th in shots on goal per game (2.8), 20th in total goals (19), 21st in points per game (2.4), and 24th in total points (44). She also put her name in the single season OU record book. Jenkins is tied for second in points (44), fourth in goals (19), first in shots on goal (52), first in multi-goal matches (7), and is tied for third for hat tricks in a season (2).
2014: Jenkins appeared in 21 games with 17 starts on her way to being named KCAC Freshman of the Year and earning First Team All-KCAC honors at forward. She scored 12 goals and had four assists for 28 points. Jenkins finished the year with 71 shots, 35 of them on goal and one game winning goal. She earned her first career start, scored her first goal and had her first multi-goal game against MidAmerica Nazarene University (8/26). Jenkins earned her first assist versus Morningside College (9/13).
High School: Jenkins earned four letters in soccer and one in basketball for Faith Christian High School. She earned All-State honors and was a three-time All-Conference selection for the Eagles. Jenkins played in the 2012 All-State Game and helped her basketball team to a Colorado State Championship in 2011 and 2012.
