High School: Offutt lettered in basketball, softball, track, and soccer for Lebanon High School. She helped lead the Yellowjackets to a Class 5 District 10 Championship and an appearance in the Class 5 State Sectionals. Offutt was named to the SWMO All-Star Team, to the All-District Team, she was selected to the KTEL/KFBD All-Star Game, earned All-Conference honors, was named to the Route 66 All-Tournament Team and the Licking Shootout All-Tournament Team, and was named to the in the Lions All-Star Basketball Classic All-Star Team. She earned All-District Academic and All-Conference academic honors. Offutt averaged 12.1 points, 2.7 assists, and two steals per game. She played travel ball for MO Express under head coach Jacob Marlan.

On the softball diamond, Offutt was an All-Conference and All-District selection. She earned Academic All-State honors. As a member of the Lebanon track and field team, she earned All-Conference and All-District honors in the triple jump. Offutt was a sectional qualifier and earned Academic All-State and All-District honors.
