2017: As a junior, Jacobs played in 32 matches and 111 sets for the Braves. He earned the program’s first AVCA and NAIA First Team All-American honor. Jacobs was named Midwest Conference Player of the Year and earned First Team All-Conference honors. He tallied 535 kills, a .360 attacking percentage, 24 assists, 35 service aces, 193 digs, and 56 blocks. Jacobs finished the year ranked first in the NAIA in 535 kills, third in kills per set (4.8), 11th in total service aces (35), 12th in attacking percentage (.360), 21st in service aces per set (0.32), 29th in total digs (193), and 50th in total blocks (56). He earned NAIA Attacker of the Week honors once.
2016: Jacobs was named AMC/GPAC/KCAC Newcomer of the Year and was a First Team All-Conference selection. He finished the year with 763 kills in 1,623 attempts for a .299 attacking percentage in 117 sets. Jacobs had 15 assists, 48 service aces, 184 digs, and 45 blocks. He had four double-doubles on the season. Jacobs had 31 matches with 10 or more kills, 23 matches with 20 or more kills, nine matches with 30 or more kills, and had had two matches with 40 or more kills. Jacobs finished the year ranked first in the NAIA in total kills (763), first in kills per set (6.5), fifth in total service aces (48), eighth in service aces per set (0.4), 29th in attacking percentage (.299), and 30th in total digs (184). He earned NAIA Attacker of the Week honors once.
Los Angeles Pierce College: Jacobs earned one letter in volleyball at LAPC.
High School: Jacobs earned three letters in volleyball for John Burroughs High School. He was MVP of Both San Gabriel All-Star Games (2012, 2013), was a two-time First Team All-Pacific League selection, named Pacific League MVP in 2013 and earned BJNC All-Tournament Team honors. Jacobs helped JBHS to a 2011 CIF Division 3 Finals, the 2011 State Division I Semifinals, and to three Pacific League Championships (2011, 2012, 2013).
