Biography

High School: Richey lettered in powerlifting, football, track, and wrestling at Topeka High School. He placed first at the Kansas 6A State Tournament in powerlifting. Richey earned the 2016 Hardest Worker Trojan Award and was named the 2017 Powerlifter of the Year. He placed first at state with a combination of squatting (500+ lb) and bench (400+ lb) for an overall of total of 1,300 lbs. Richey was a thrower on the track team and a two-time state qualifier in the shot put. He placed sixth in 2017 and third in 2018. Richey was a two-time league champion in the shot put and finished first at regionals in 2018. On the football field, Richey helped Topeka High School to a league championship and was named team captain. Richey was part of Kansas Prep Top 25 People to Watch.

Personal: Son of Amy Bouska ... undecided on a major. His relatives, Michael Bouska, Susan Bouska-Walters, Josh Rubick, and Faye Rubick all attended Ottawa University.
