2017: Brown was a member of the junior varsity team as a freshman.

High School: Brown earned four letters in baseball and football for Central Heights High School. He also earned three letters in basketball for the Vikings. Brown helped lead the Vikings to a 17-0 Pioneer League Championship in 2013 and played in the Kansas Babe Ruth All-Star Classic. In 2015 he earned Second Team All-Pioneer League honors and was a First Team All-Tri County selection on the baseball diamond. Brown earned Honorable Mention All-Pioneer League honors in 2014. He was a 2015 All-Area Team selection in basketball and was a Second Team All-Pioneer League selection on the football field.  

Personal: Son of Jason and Kelli Brown and plans to major in biology. His father, Jason, played baseball at Ottawa University and was part of their 1995 KCAC Championship Team. His stepmother, Kelli, attended Ottawa University.
