2017-18: As a freshman, Miller finished the season with an overall record of 19-9. He had a dual record of 4-3 and finished the season with a total of five pins, all falls. Miller earned All-KCAC honors. He is ranked seventh in the OU record book in top 10 season victories (19), sixth in season winning pecentage (.678), first  in topo 10 season wins by a freshman (19), and first in top 10 season wins in the 165 pound weight class (19). Miller was ranked by the NAIA in the 165 pound weight class for much of the season.

High School: Miller earned letters in football and wrestling at Maine-Endwell High School. He qualified for the New York State Wrestling Championships in 2016 and 2017. Miller also helped the Spartans to the New York State Football Championship in 2014.

Personal: Miller is the son of Jessica Kadaronak and Joshua Miller and to major in physical education.
