2017-18: In her first collegiate tournament, Jones tied for 26th at the MVC Women's Fall Invite with a two round score of 203 (97, 106). She shot a 92 at the William Penn Classic to tie for 31st. Jones placed 26th at the Park University Fall Classic, shooting a 114 in round one and a 108 in round two (222). She tied for 18th with a score of 99 at the Bethany College Spring Classic. Jones tied for 28th at the Ottawa Spring Invitational, shooting a 93 in round one and a 100 in round two. At the KCAC #1 Tournament, she finished tied for 28th with a two round score of 204. Jones tied for 12th at the Moundbuilder Spring Classic with a two round score of 200 (94, 106). She shot a 101 in round one and a 96 in round two, finishing 37th at the Sterling Spring Invitational.

High School: Jones earned four letters in golf at Raymore-Peculiar High School. She earned All-District honors twice, was a two-time sectional qualifier, and a conference medalist. Jones is involved with DECA.
