2018-19: In her junior season, Carlson finished ninth at the OU Invitational with a two round score of 170 (86, 84). She tied for 17th at the MVC Women’s Fall invite, shooting an 89 in round one and a 96 in round two. Carlson finished 21st with a two round score of 198 at the tabor Fall Invitational. She tied for 37th, shooting a 106 in round one and a 98 in round two (204) at the Park University Fall Classic. Carlson shot a score of 174 (81, 93) at the Bellevue Spring Break Classic. At the KCAC #1 Tournament, she finished tied for 33rd (207). Carlson finished ninth at the Baker University Spring Invitational with a score of 164 (86, 78). She finished tied for 26th at the KCAC Championships, shooting a 101 in round one and an 87 in round two (188).
2017-18: Carlson placed 30th at the MVC Women's Fall Invite with a two round score of 216 (110, 106). She had a score of 106 at the William Penn Classic, placing 54th. Carlson finished the Park University Fall Classic with a score of 219 to place 25th. She tied for 27th at the Bethany College Spring Classic with a 105. Carlson tied for 21st at the Ottawa Spring Invitational, shooting a 94 in round one and a 92 in round two. She tied for 33rd at the KCAC #1 Tournament at the Crestview Country Club with a two round score of 213 (111, 102). Carlson placed 16th at the Moundbuilder Spring Classic, shooting a 103 in round one and a 110 in round two. She shot a two round score of 191 (95, 96) at the Sterling Spring Invitational to tie for 30th. At the KCAC Championships, Carlson finished tied for 27th with a two round score of 184 (95, 89).
2016-17: At her first collegiate contest, Carlson finished 21st with a two round score of 255. She placed 45th at the Ottawa University Fall Invitational, shooting a 232. At the Kansas Wesleyan Fall Invitational, Carlson placed 28th with a score of 232. She shot a two round score of 247 to finish 55th at the Park University Fall Classic. Carlson placed 46th at the Ottawa Spring Invitational, shooting a 111. At the KCAC #1 Tournament, Carlson helped the Braves to tie for third (747). She finished 21st with a score of 196 (92, 103). Carlson shot a 154 at the Iowa Central Spring Invitational. At the Baker University Spring Tournament, Carlson placed 31st (107, 112). The Braves finished third overall as a team at the KCAC Championships. Carlson finished 23rd with a two round score of 207 (105, 102).
High School: Carlson was a four year letterman in golf and band for West Franklin High School. She was a Kansas State Golf Tournament participant.
