Hope International University: Mays earned one letter on the soccer pitch. Mays was a two-time First Team All-Conference selection, twice earned Offensive MVP honors, was named Conference MVP, earned All-State honors, and was named All-Region.

Santiago Canyon College: Before attending Hope international University, she was a member of the SCC women's soccer team.

Personal: Daughter of Coy and Patricia Mays ... exercise science major. Mays was a NAIA Honorable Mention All-American on the soccer field in 2018 for the Braves.
