Biography

2018-19: Martin, in the 84 kilo weight class, she finished with a total of 290 kilos at the Capital City Clash. Martin also broke the state record for her weight class with a squat of 132.5 kilos and a dead lift of 117.5 kilos. At the USAPL Collegiate National Championships, she competed in the 84 Kg weight class with 34 other athletes. She had a personal best record of 122.5 Kg in squat, 60 Kg in bench press, 127.5 Kg in deadlift  to finish with a total of 310 Kg. Her final total is a Kansas State Record for the 84 Kg weight class in the 84 Kg Teen 3 Class.

High School: Martin earned three letters in track and field and powerlifting for Washburn Rural High School. She has qualified for state in both track and powerlifting. Martin is involved with National Honor Society and was head manager for both the football and basketball teams.

Personal: Daughter of Janelle and Andy Martin ... exercise science major. She is a third generation Ottawa University Brave. Her grandfather, Stan Bettin attended Ottawa University along with her mother and aunt. Martin's brothers Jacob and Zach Martin were members of the OU men's soccer team and her cousin, Mitchell Walters
