High School: Barber lettered in volleyball, basketball, cheer, and track at Wabaunsee High School. She led the Chargers to three Kansas State Volleyball Tournament appearances, finishing with a state championship in 2019 and a runner up finish in 2018. On the basketball court, Barber helped WHS to three Kansas State Basketball Tournaments. The Chargers finished second in 2017 and third in 2019. Barber threw the javelin for WHS, placeing fifth and eighth at the Kansas State Track and Field Championships. She was a two-time All-League and All-State selection in volleyball.
Personal: Daughter of Dylan and Angie Barber ... sports studies major. Barber purchased ducks because she thought it would be fun to have ducks. Barber played club volleyball for Attack Volleyball under head coach Kevin Bittner.
