High School: Boykins lettered in basketball at Union High School. He helped UHS to a 2020 State Tournament, earned All-State and All-Conference honors, was named Mr. Inside, and was Union's leading scorer and rebounder.

Personal: Son of Maurice and CoQuice Boykins ... engineering major. Boykins played travel ball for the Oklahoma Impact under coach Chirs Myer.
