High School: Sadler lettered in basketball and track at Udall High School. He helped UHS to sub-state his senior season. Sadler earned First Team All-League honors as a junior and senior. He was a Second Team All-State selection as a junior, and was named First Team All-State his senior season. Sadler earned First Team All-Region his senior season.

Personal: Son of Cinda and Mark Barnett and Vanessa Barnett ... exercise science major. Sadler played travel ball for Perry Ellis Elite under coach Van Williams.
