High School: At Waynesville High School, Johnson earned First Team All-State honors after the 2015-16 season. He was also named First Team All-Ozark Conference and earned First Team All-District honors. Johnson averaged 23.3 points and six assists per game. During his junior season, WHS was ranked first in Missouri Class 5.
