Biography

2020-21: Simons appeared in 27 games and made 19 starts in her first season at OU. She averaged 4.9 points, 4.4 rebounds, 1.2 steals, and 1.1 assists per game. Simons shot 36.8 percent from the floor 28.1 percent from behind the 3-pt line, and 61.5 percent from the free throw line.

Umpqua Community College: Simons helped the Riverhawks to a 29-0 record in 2019-20. UCC was the only team in the NWAC to go undefeated.

Orange Coast College: As a freshman at OCC, Simons led the conference and the state in scoring.

Personal: Daughter of Jacqueline Reid and John Simons. She played travel ball for Canada Elite under head coach Handle Kipp.
