2020-21: In her second sophomore season due to CoVID-19, Alterman had a singles record of 1-13 and a doubles mark of 1-9. In singles, she had a record of 1-11, a tournament record of 0-2, and a KCAC mark of 1-5. Alterman had a record of 1-10 in no. 5 singles. She paired with Abby Norris, Priyanshi Sharma and KayCee Pennington in doubles. Alterman and Norris had a record of 1-3, Sharma and Alterman finished with a record of 0-2, and Alterman and Pennington had a mark of 0-4.
2019-2020: In a shortened season, due to the CoVID-19, Alterman had a singles record of 2-5 and a doubles record of 1-3. In singles, she had a dual record of 1-3, a tournament record of 1-2, she went 0-2 in no. 4 singles, and 1-1 in no. 5 singles. Alterman finished the season with a doubles record of 1-3 in duals.
