2021-22: Redshirt

2020-21: Hanson competed in three tournaments for Ottawa during 2020-21. Hanson placed 48^th at the Tabor Fall Invitational, he had a two round score of 190 (90,100). At the OU Fall Invitational, Hanson finished 61^st with a combined score of 181, round one score of 100 and round two of 81.

High School: Hanson lettered in soccer, golf, track and tennis at Ottawa High School. He earned Honorable Mention All-Conference honors in 2017 and was a first team All-Conference selection in 2018. Hanson was named Offensive Player of the Year, earned the Golden Boot, and was selected for the Sportsmanship Award. He played in the 2018 Kansas State Golf Tournament and the 2019 Kansas State Tennis Tournament.

Personal: Son of Jerad and Leigh Hanson ... biology major. He played club soccer for Sporting Kaw Valley under Brendon McGonigle.
