2023: Fletcher appeared in the most games of his career, making seven appearances with three starts. Ranked seventh in the NAIA with a 55% save average. His 11.25 goals against per game average was 16th in the NAIA. 

2022: Appeared in four games, making one start. Made eight saves and allowed 10 goals for a five goals against average. 

2021: Started one game in five appearances as a Sophomore. He had a 16.67 GAA and made 27 saves. Fletcher added two ground balls and forced one turnover. 

2020: Fletcher appeared in four games in goal for the Braves, making three starts. He had a 10.00 GAA, finished with two ground balls, had 34 saves, and season record of 0-2. Fletcher finished the year ranked 18^th in the NAIA in total saves (34) and  26^th in saves per game (8.5).

High School: Fletcher lettered in both lacrosse and hockey at Westside High School. He made it to, and won, a championship hockey game his freshman year. Fletcher also was able to make the lacrosse state tournament all four years of high school, under Kurt Carlson. He also earned individual honors in lacrosse by making an All Star game and the All-State team, where he was named MVP. In hockey, he was named to the All-Academic team.

Personal: Son of Jeff and Stephanie Fletcher ... applied psychology major. He played club lacrosse with WPL.
