2018: Markham appeared in 16 games and made three starts for the Braves. He finished the year with a 6.03 ERA with a record of 1-4. Markham struck out 20 in 34.1 innings pitched.

2017: As a sophomore, Markham made 14 appearances with eight starts. He finished the season with a record of 2-6 and a 6.41 ERA. Markham pitched in 46.1 innings, pitched one complete game, and struck out 27.

2016: Markham appeared in one game at the varsity level for the Braves. He went 1-0 with a 1.50 ERA. Markham struck out five in six innings pitched.

High School: Markham earned one letter on the baseball diamond for Lee’s Summit North High School. He has played in two state tournaments and two World Series. Markham has a record of 3-0 with two saves and a 2.50 ERA.   

Personal: Son of David and Lori Markham ... business administration major. He is the brother of former OU softball player Gabby Markham, who was the 2015 Co-KCAC Pitcher of the Year and a three-time First Team All-KCAC performer.
