Biography

High School: Coates lettered in baseball and played football his freshman season at Thunderbird High School. He played in the AZBCA 4A All-Star Game in 2025. Coates was named Second Team All-Conference and earned First Team All-Region honors in 2025. He was named Second Team All-Region in 2024. 

Personal: Son of Janette Everette ... exercise science major. Everette played travel ball for Trosky under coach Josh Howard.
